In the following pages you will find information about the Round Table on Mediation and Conflict Management of the German Economy (RTMKM), founded in 2008.
The RTMKM is a consortium of companies whose aim is to promote the understanding, acceptance and application of alternative methods of conflict resolution. As an initiative intended purely for users, the RTMKM is a consultant-free forum for company representatives who are looking to exchange experiences relating to conflict management. The RTMKM actively supports the implementation of conflict management initiatives and systems and the establishment of a transparent conflict culture, and it sees itself as a point of reference for politics and associations. Working closely with academics, the members aim to develop and expand understanding of the phenomenon of conflict as an opportunity for change and to promote the conscious use of various methods of conflict resolution.
