At the Round Table on Conflict Management of the German Economy, representatives of the companies exchange their experiences with conflict management within a cooperative framework. The RTMKM works independently of consultants and associations in order to represent and develop as efficiently as possible perspectives and interests of users of conflict management proceedings within the economy.
The regular meetings are alternately organized by the participating companies.
